He kept me informed and was extremely patient with all of my questions while I waited for my bike to come in. Brandon walked me through the shop helping me find a helmet that was the perfect fit. David made the financing paperwork as painless as possible and Jake the Manager went out of his way to squeeze my bike in at the service department to change some parts out to ergo-fit the bike to leave that same day safely in order to ride home.
